Ladybug Productions is our passion and second act, launched with the experience, relationships and resources gained after many years as lawyers, executives, theater lovers and connectors.

Early in our long friendship, we discovered our shared passion for the performing arts. We nurtured our creative selves, even as we pursued rigorous careers in advocacy, law, and communications. Our opportunity to work together crystallized in creating a musical based on Sally's 2006 middle grade novel, INVINCIBLE.

Bringing INVINCIBLE's story of strong females to the stage energized us and inspired us to foster and produce other theatrical projects.

Thus, "Ladybug Productions" was born. Our name bespeaks a female-owned business and is reminiscent of the many influential women in our lives whose passion and commitment to justice inspires us to bring paradigm shifting stories to life. In the few years since we began, we have co-produced and invested in shows on Broadway, on tour and on their way.

We are excited to develop new works and join with others to shepherd projects already underway. We especially are drawn to stories of defying odds, self-realization, and change agents. We are also particularly interested in stories where women are central to the tale. Still, we are open to and looking for inspiration everywhere.

We are grateful to be business partners as well as dear friends and excited to share stories that inspire and engage through the power of live theatre.
